Documents to prepare for students currently studying in Korea

1. One copy of the PLO International School application form

2. Two copies of the English version of the Resident Registration Certificate

3. English Parental Consent Form (You can download it from each airline's website.)

4. Elementary students: One copy each of the English Certificate of Enrollment and the Student Life Record for all grades

5. Middle and High School Students: One copy each of the English Certificate of Enrollment and the Transcript for all grades

6. Passport (with at least 6 months of validity remaining)

7. 3 passport photos, 3 1x1 photos, and 3 2x2 photos

※ Items 3, 4, and 5 require notarization at a notary office.

※ The spelling of your English name must match the spelling on your passport.
